We will be selling Authentic Trinidad Pastelles wrapped in Banana leaves. These come in 3 flavours on the website which are Chicken, Beef and Pork & Beef.

We will also be selling Trinidad Black Cakes which as been soaked in Rum and Sherry. These cakes taste amazing with some cream.
