Our authentic 9″ Trinidad Black Cake is made from prunes, currants, sultanas, raisins, cherries and mixed peel soaked for many months in rum. Black Cake is a Christmas tradition on the twin island nation of Trinidad and Tobago. Once we have baked the cakes freshly we then soak again in more rum and sherry. Our cakes are the highest quality and we never compromise on anything!
