Buss up Shut is a type of Roti in Trinidad and Tobago used for Parties and Weddings. Paratha is great with West Indian curry or stew. To use just heat up in the microwave or on a bake stone, frying disc or large frying pan.

The Roti needs to be either frozen by you or used within 2 days if kept in the fridge.
